We had it custom built to pass the strict South Carolina Department of Health and Environment Control (DHEC) guidelines. The cart is the Cash Cow model and we affectionately call it “Luna” because of it’s shiny silver color.  It was certified Grade A by DHEC in July, 2019.  We bought our second cart in Concord, North Carolina because of it’s size.  It’s about half the size of Luna, and is able to fit down a narrow boardwalk so we can vend on the beach.  It took about 10 days and a fair amount of work to convert that cart to adhere to the DHEC guidelines and it received it’s Grade A certification in June, 2020.  It has a shiny gold exterior, so we named it “Lil” Sunny”.
